Video | Lake Billy Mitchell aka Lake Eruovi is a Bougainville walk up a volcanic crater lake, over 1,500 metres in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea.
It’s surrounded by mountain ranges, more volcanoes including the nearby Mt Bagana and dense rainforest as far as the eye can see. It can be accessed on foot via a 3 day (return) hike and approximately 17 hours of walking.
